Delia Carlos

For nearly 20 years, Delia has worked in early childhood education, partnering with children, families, and educators across nonprofit, private, and community-centered programs.

She believes that choosing a preschool is one of the first major decisions families make, and that every family deserves the support and guidance needed to make that decision with confidence. She views admissions not simply as a process, but as the beginning of a long-term relationship.

Her approach is rooted in listening first: learning what families value and identifying the community that will help their children thrive. Her favorite part of her work is getting to know families, hearing their stories, and helping them find their community.

A Los Angeles native and Bay Area transplant, Delia finds joy in baseball, fútbol, literature, and the ocean. She believes children deserve a true childhood and that parents need a supportive community to lean on. This perspective continues to shape her work and the meaningful relationships she builds within the KSS community.
