Rocio Castaneda Castellanos

Rocio Castaneda Castellanos is an accomplished early childhood education professional with extensive experience in teaching, administration, and center leadership.
She currently serves as Center Director at KSS, where she oversees daily operations, manages staff, and implements strategic plans to enhance performance and foster a positive environment for both employees and families.
Previously, Rocio worked as a teacher and instructional aide in the West Contra Costa Unified School District, contributing to curriculum development and supporting preschool programs. Her career began in Mexico, where she held teaching and principal roles, demonstrating strong skills in curriculum standards, staff collaboration, and program coordination.
Rocio holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Escuela Normal Para Educadoras de Guadalajara.
She is certified with a Site Supervisor Permit and a Child Development Teacher Permit, and is fluent in Spanish while continuing to learn English. Rocio is recognized for her problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and commitment to professional growth.
